Shop RBN uses PayPal as our online credit card processor. This ensures that your transaction is processed safely and securely via the largest service of it’s kind.
Upon completion of your order, you will be emailed a receipt of your transaction.
Please check individual product descriptions. Some items carry no hassle return policies and warranties while others such as food products might not be eligible for return. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
In the event that an item is out of stock, we do our best to get them back as soon as possible. If you wish to be notified when the product is available, send us a message and we will let you know.
As a general rule, we currently only ship to the United States and verified billing addresses. When we say “general rule”, if you have a need for a certain product to be shipped outside the country, please contact us and we will try our best to work something out.
Also, some products cannot be shipped to certain states (Atlas Air Purifiers cannot be shipped to California).
